A skilled X-ray technologist is needed for a contract position in Germantown, TN, supporting radiology and cardiology imaging services. This role focuses on performing and processing X-ray exams to deliver high-quality diagnostic images during a night shift schedule. Ideal candidates will have an active ARRT (R) certification and a minimum of two years of professional experience in radiologic technology.

Schedule/Hours:
- Night shift, Monday through Friday
- 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM
- 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- ARRT (R) certification strictly required
- Minimum of 2 years X-ray imaging experience; 3+ years preferred for first-time applicants
- Proficient in operating X-ray equipment and following safety protocols
- Ability to work night shift consistently
- Must be able to comply with all radiologic technologist regulations and facility policies
Responsibilities / Duties:
- Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures accurately and efficiently
- Prepare patients for imaging and explain procedures clearly
- Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality imaging services
- Adhere to radiation safety and infection control protocols
This is a contract opportunity offering exposure to a technologically advanced hospital setting with dedicated support staff. Candidates must be local or willing to work within a 100-mile radius. Flexibility to commit to the specified blocking schedule is required, and weekend shifts are not part of this role.
