Step into a vital role supporting patient care through expert imaging services as an X-ray Tech/Radiologic Technologist. In this contract position, you will leverage your radiology expertise and attention to detail to provide crucial diagnostic images, ensuring exceptional care and patient safety.

Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday, 9:00 PM 6:30 AM

Assignment Duration:

• 13 weeks

Qualifications:

• Current credentials as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
• State licensure in radiology and X-ray, if required
• Proven experience operating radiographic equipment and performing X-rays
• Thorough understanding of radiographic safety practices and infection control
• Strong communication skills and collaborative approach with healthcare teams
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and PACS systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and position patients for X-ray procedures, ensuring comfort and safety
• Capture high-quality diagnostic images following established protocols
• Evaluate images for clarity, completeness, and diagnostic value
• Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment for optimal performance
• Adhere to all radiologic and facility safety standards, including radiation protection measures
• Document procedures, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with physicians to relay findings
