Join a dynamic healthcare environment as an X-Ray Technologist providing essential diagnostic imaging services in a fast-paced, Level 1 Trauma center. This contract opportunity is based in East Lansing, MI, at a Magnet-designated teaching hospital known for high-quality care and advanced medical services.
Schedule & Hours:
- 72 hours per pay period
- 5x8 hour shifts or 4x8 hour shifts
- Variable start times: 7:00 AM, 7:30 AM, or 8:00 AM
- Every third weekend rotation
- No call or floating required
Responsibilities:
- Perform general diagnostic X-ray imaging primarily for the Emergency Department and inpatient units
- Utilize skills in surgical imaging preferred but not mandatory
- Maintain high standards of patient care in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Technologist; new graduates accepted
- Required certifications: BLS and ARRT
- Must hold current state licensure and submit during the application process; no restrictions noted
- Experience working in trauma or surgical settings highly preferred
