Schedule/Hours:
- 7:00 AM 4:00 PM shift
- Every other weekend required
Key Qualifications:
- Connecticut Radiologic Technologist License required
- R.T. (R) (ARRT) certification
- Active BLS certification
- At least 1 year of recent imaging experience (2 years preferred)
- Proven proficiency with C-arm equipment
- Operating room experience a must
- Flexible to rotate between Emergency Department, OR, and Diagnostic X-ray
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality X-ray and imaging exams across multiple departments, including Emergency, Operating Room, and Diagnostic Radiology
- Operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment, including C-arm technology
- Support surgical teams in the OR by providing accurate imaging as needed
- Adhere to all patient safety and infection control guidelines
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient records
- Foster collaborative relationships with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient care
