Schedule/Hours:

• Travel assignment, hours will vary according to facility needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver mobile X-ray and, if required, EKG services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other settings.
• Operate and process portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment, ensuring accurate image capture and transmission to radiologists.
• Unload and set up equipment safely within facilities.
• Perform EKGs as needed and send results for cardiology review.
• Handle paperwork related to exams and billing per established protocols.
• Maintain consistent, professional communication with dispatchers, management, and facility staff.
• Ensure proper maintenance and care of assigned vehicle and imaging equipment.
• Safely manage physical demands, including pushing/pulling equipment (up to 100 lbs, multiple times daily with support devices).

Qualifications:

• Active certification and licensure in radiologic technology (as required by California).
• Experience with both DR and CR portable X-ray machines preferred.
• Capability to perform EKGs is a plus.
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and patient care focus.
• Physical ability to manage repeated equipment transport tasks.
