Qualifications:

• Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification, or eligibility for registration
• Active state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
• Proven experience in X-ray/diagnostic imaging procedures within a hospital or clinical setting
• Strong understanding of anatomy, positioning, and proper radiation safety practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to interact effectively with patients and colleagues
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality standards
• Familiarity with digital radiography and PACS systems

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations according to physician orders and established protocols
• Prepare and position patients accurately to obtain optimal imaging results, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the procedure
• Operate imaging equipment and troubleshoot technical issues as needed
• Adhere strictly to radiation safety regulations and infection control standards
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and patient records in compliance with facility policies
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible diagnostic outcomes
• Assist with workflow management by supporting departmental initiatives and providing guidance to less experienced staff when needed
