Make a meaningful impact each day as a skilled professional in imaging and X-ray technology. This contract position offers the opportunity to provide essential diagnostic services within a dedicated healthcare environment, focused on delivering exceptional care to adult patients.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 2:30pm 11:00pm
• Rotating every other weekend
• Holidays as assigned
• 13-week contract

Qualifications/Experience:

• Valid certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
• State license (if required)
• Proficient in performing adult X-ray examinations, positioning, and safety procedures
• Experience with contemporary imaging equipment and digital PACS
• Strong attention to detail for achieving high-quality diagnostic images
• Ability to work independently, effectively manage workflow, and collaborate with clinical teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality X-ray procedures on adult patients according to physician orders
• Prepare equipment and exam rooms, ensuring compliance with infection control standards
• Accurately document imaging results and maintain records in electronic health systems
• Apply radiation safety protocols to protect patients, oneself, and colleagues
• Coordinate with radiologists and clinical staff to facilitate timely patient care
• Provide compassionate support to patients, ensuring comfort during procedures

$2,023 - $2,132/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
