Job Description
A skilled X-ray technologist with a minimum of two years experience operating Carestream X-ray equipment is needed for a contract position in Aurora, IL. This role requires a certified professional who holds current ARRT certification, an Illinois license, and BLS certification. The position offers a consistent day shift schedule with a Monday through Friday workweek and every other weekend on Saturday and Sunday.

Schedule & Hours:
- 8-hour day shifts
- Shift options: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
- Monday through Friday
- Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
- Holidays as needed
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience with Carestream X-ray equipment
- ARRT certification required
- Illinois X-ray technologist license required
- Current BLS certification
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using Carestream X-ray technology
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging processes
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide high-quality patient care
- Adhere to radiation safety protocols and regulatory standards
