Seeking an experienced X-ray Technologist to support radiology and cardiology departments on a contract basis. This role requires strong technical proficiency and adaptability to a night shift schedule. Your expertise will contribute directly to delivering high-quality imaging services for patient care.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 10:30 pm - 7:00 am (Night Shift)
• 5x8-hour shifts per week

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in X-ray imaging required
• ARRT (R) certification is strictly required
• Not open to first-time travelers unless they have 3+ years of experience
• Candidates must be from outside a 100-mile radius of the facility (locals not accepted)
• Reliability and consistent attendance are crucial; all requested time off (RTO) must be submitted with your application; no RTO approvals post-offer

Responsibilities:

• Operate X-ray imaging equipment, producing clear and accurate images in accordance with physician orders
• Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure proper patient care
• Follow all safety protocols, including radiation safety and infection control standards
• Accurately maintain patient records and document procedures within compliance guidelines
• Demonstrate compassionate patient interaction, addressing inquiries and preparing patients for procedures
• Flexibly respond to department needs and maintain a strong standard of professionalism at all times
