Requirements:
- Current ARRT (R) certification
- Valid state Radiologic Technologist license (or eligibility)
- Minimum of 1 year of recent X-ray imaging experience
- Proven proficiency with common X-ray equipment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to different electronic health record (EHR) systems
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality X-ray imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot imaging equipment
- Ensure patient safety and prepare patients for procedures
- Accurately document and maintain imaging records
- Communicate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and patients
- Adhere to all facility and regulatory safety standards
