Desired Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
  • Current ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography), RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist), or similar certification required
  • Minimum of one year of recent experience performing vascular ultrasound studies
  • Proficiency in operating ultrasound equipment and working with imaging software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform and document vascular ultrasound studies, including arterial and venous exams per department standards
  • Collaborate with radiologists and clinicians to ensure accurate diagnostic imaging
  • Maintain equipment, exam rooms, and ensure infection control protocols are upheld
  • Provide compassionate patient care and clear communication about procedures
  • Assist in coordinating patient schedules and efficient workflow
