Job Description

This opportunity is ideal for an Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist with cath lab experience seeking a travel position. The role offers 40 hours per week working in a dynamic imaging environment, supporting critical procedures with advanced interventional technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and operate interventional imaging equipment during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
  • Assist physicians with placement and management of catheters, guidewires, coils, stents, balloons, and thrombectomy devices.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.
  • Maintain sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Demonstrated experience as an IR technician or cath lab technologist.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Siemens imaging systems and interventional devices including catheters, guidewires, coils, stents, balloons, and thrombectomy technology.
  • Ability to work any holidays that fall on regularly scheduled shifts.
  • Strong understanding of radiologic safety standards and patient care best practices.
