Job Description

A specialized opportunity is available for an experienced cardiovascular invasive specialist with expertise in ultrasound vascular imaging. This contract position is based in Lake Stevens, WA, offering the potential to work between two nearby facilities. Flexibility is essential, including the ability to call off up to three shifts during the contract.

Qualifications:

  • Current and unrestricted Washington State Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist certification
  • Washington State X-Ray Technician Registration
  • Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Certified Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (CCIS)
  • Alternatively, Current Washington State Radiologic Technologist credential combined with American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider ACLS certification

Responsibilities:

  • Perform vascular ultrasound imaging and related cardiovascular invasive procedures with high accuracy and care
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team across two different hospital settings
  • Maintain compliance with all hospital policies, patient safety protocols, and regulatory standards
  • Exercise sound judgment to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a dynamic environment

  • Contract role with up to three allowable shift call-offs
