Schedule/Hours:
- Contract role; schedule details will be discussed during the interview.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of two years of current experience as a registered echocardiography professional
- Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) certification required
- CPR certification (AHA & ARC accepted)
- Successful completion of an accredited non-invasive cardiovascular training program with a focus in echocardiography
- Completion of a recognized course in arrhythmia detection
- Strong technical skills and independent judgment, with the ability to function unsupervised
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Solid verbal and written communication abilities
- High standard of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive echocardiogram and vascular ultrasound studies ensuring imaging accuracy
- Apply strong technical judgment to analyze and interpret results
- Maintain professionalism and patient confidentiality at all times
- Collaborate with colleagues and clinical teams to support optimal patient outcomes
- Deliver excellent interpersonal and customer service within patient-facing and team interactions
- Manage workload to meet department deadlines and performance standards
