A talented and experienced Ultrasound Technologist is needed for a contract assignment specializing in general diagnostic imaging. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong ultrasound background who enjoy working in a dynamic healthcare environment alongside a collaborative care team.

Schedule:

• 5x8s days

Key Qualifications:

• Valid and current ARDMS certification
• Active BLS certification
• Minimum of two years experience performing a broad range of ultrasound examinations
• Proficiency in general ultrasound imaging, with a demonstrated record of high-quality and efficient patient care
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of ultrasound procedures, ensuring the delivery of accurate and high-quality diagnostic images
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to facilitate prompt and effective patient care
• Prepare and maintain ultrasound equipment, adhering to all safety and infection control protocols
• Accurately document procedures, patient data, and observations within electronic medical record systems
• Provide compassionate care, educate patients about procedures, and respond to questions to ensure their comfort throughout each exam
