Qualifications:

• Certification in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field
• Recent experience performing general ultrasound imaging in a clinical or hospital environment
• Proficiency with a variety of ultrasound equipment and imaging protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, team-based setting
• Current BLS certification

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality general ultrasound procedures and exams as ordered
• Prepare and educate patients for imaging, ensuring comfort and safety
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to deliver accurate diagnostic results
• Maintain patient records and document procedures in compliance with facility protocols
• Ensure all imaging equipment is maintained and functioning properly
