This 13-week travel opportunity for an experienced Diagnostic Ultrasound Technologist allows you to practice at the forefront of imaging while expanding your professional development. Youll gain exposure to a variety of ultrasound exams and collaborate closely with physicians in a progressive healthcare environment. Strengthen your resume and deepen your knowledge across multiple specialties while enjoying the adventure of working in a new setting.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 8-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday (8:00 am5:00 pm)
  • Possible call: 7 days/month, with flexibility for additional days based on staffing needs
  • Weekend call possible
  • 40 hours weekly after the initial two weeks

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and specialized ultrasound procedures, including OB/GYN (2nd and 3rd trimester) and upper/lower DVT exams
  • Deliver exemplary patient care, ensuring safety and comfort throughout procedures
  • Assist physicians during both standard and complex diagnostic ultrasound exams
  • Strictly adhere to established ultrasound standards and governing agency guidelines
  • Utilize the EPIC EMR for documentation and workflow

Qualifications:

  • Associate of Applied Science degree
  • Graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited ultrasound program
  • Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer with 3+ years experience
  • OB/GYN credentials preferred
  • DVT scan experience required
  • BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • At least one of the following: ARRT-VS or RDMS credential (AB, OB/GYN, RVT, PS, MSKS, or BR)
