• 5x8s day shifts

Key Qualifications:

• Current certification with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of two years experience working as an Ultrasound Tech/Sonographer in a clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of general ultrasound procedures and equipment
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Ability to collaborate effectively with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare staff

Responsibilities:

• Perform general ultrasound examinations, including evaluating and documenting anatomical and pathophysiological data
• Prepare patients for procedures, explaining the process and answering questions as needed
• Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of ultrasound equipment
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards during every procedure
• Maintain accurate patient records, imaging results, and exam documentation
• Collaborate with the care team to interpret and communicate findings
• Assist with workflow needs and help to ensure timely patient care within a busy imaging department
