Key Qualifications:
- Proficient in general ultrasound procedures
- Experience with cardiovascular and non-invasive imaging studies
- Competency in performing M-Mode (with calculations), 2-D procedures (all necessary views and calculations), and Doppler echo analysis
- Ability to interpret information with consideration to patients age-specific needs, including pediatric and geriatric studies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to anticipate physician needs and monitor for patient concerns
Responsibilities:
- Assist with cardiovascular and non-invasive diagnostic studies or treatments
- Execute a variety of ultrasound techniques, ensuring accuracy and thorough documentation
- Ensure age-appropriate care and adapt procedures to suit individual patient requirements
- Act proactively in collaboration with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
