• 5x8s day shifts

Key Qualifications:

• Current certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of two years of experience performing general ultrasound procedures
• Proficient in operating ultrasound equipment and obtaining high-quality diagnostic images
• Strong patient communication and customer service skills
• Commitment to safety procedures and quality assurance protocols

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a variety of general ultrasound examinations with accuracy and professionalism
• Prepare and explain procedures to patients, ensuring comfort and clear understanding
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive diagnostic results
• Maintain equipment, troubleshoot minor technical issues, and ensure exam rooms are completely stocked and compliant with infection control standards
• Accurately document findings and maintain detailed patient records
• Participate in regular department meetings and continuing education, staying current with best practices and new technology
