A travel opportunity is available for an experienced Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer to support imaging services in Iowa Falls, IA. This position includes a comprehensive set of imaging responsibilities such as General, Breast, Echocardiography (with frequent exams), Vascular, Early Obstetric (OB) scans, 20-Week Anatomy Scans, and multiple Arterial Scans.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- No weekends, no call, no night shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-quality diagnostic ultrasound imaging across multiple modalities.
- Perform specialized scans including breast, vascular, and obstetric ultrasounds.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to provide accurate and timely results.
- Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures.
Qualifications:
- Skilled in General Ultrasound and experienced as an Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer.
- ARDMS certification preferred, specifically in Abdominal (AB), Obstetrics (OB), and Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT), although not required.
- BLS certification (AHA) is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills to ensure patient-centered care.
This travel assignment provides an excellent chance to expand your ultrasound expertise in a supportive setting without weekend or night commitments. The role commences in late April.
