This travel assignment for an experienced General Ultrasound Sonographer puts you at the forefront of advanced imaging care. Schedule/Hours:
- Weekend nights: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Shifts: 6:30 pm 7:00 am or 7:00 pm 7:30 am
- Holiday coverage required if assigned dates overlap with holidays
- Flexibility required to cover other open shifts as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in general ultrasound practices
- Clinical experience in a healthcare facility
- Registered Sonographer (ARDMS or equivalent)
- Current BLS certification (or obtained before assignment start)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Adaptability to fast-paced, changing environments
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of general ultrasound examinations with accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate findings effectively with physicians and care teams
- Ensure diagnostic images meet facility and regulatory standards
- Provide compassionate patient care with every interaction
- Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality
