Job Description

Schedule/Hours:

  • Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM, 8-9 hour shifts with cyclic scheduling
  • On-call rotation: one weeknight per week and every 4th weekend

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general ultrasound imaging (adults, pediatrics, biopsies) using state-of-the-art Siemens equipment
  • Support the general radiology department with x-ray imaging as needed
  • Accurately utilize EPIC (EMR) & McKesson (PACS) systems for workflow management
  • Deliver high-quality patient care and maintain thorough documentation
  • Participate in department on-call and holiday rotations
  • Adhere strictly to all safety and patient care protocols, including the fingernail policy

Qualifications:

  • Valid Ultrasound certificate and ARRT credential required
  • ARDMS certification and active BLS required
  • Recent x-ray experience is essential
  • Experience working with Siemens ultrasound equipment preferred
  • Ability to perform both adult and pediatric imaging
  • Excellent communication and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Valid drivers license required for compliance with mileage rules
  • Must be fully compliant with facility contract and distance requirements
