An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced ultrasound technologist specializing in general imaging. This 12-week contract assignment is based at a prominent hospital campus in Dover, NH. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in general ultrasound as well as pediatric and OB/GYN imaging, with vascular experience considered a plus. This position offers a well-defined schedule and the chance to work in a dynamic clinical environment.
Location:
Exeter, NH offers a charming New England setting with access to both coastal and rural attractions. Situated near the bustling city of Dover, it provides convenient amenities while maintaining a close-knit community atmosphere. Residents enjoy rich historical sites, a variety of outdoor activities, and a welcoming New England culture.
Schedule:
- Four 10-hour day shifts per week
- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- On-call coverage required
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Proficient in general ultrasound imaging
- Experience in pediatric and OB/GYN ultrasound required
- Vascular ultrasound experience preferred
- Strong clinical skills and attention to patient care
- Commitment to reliable attendance due to on-call responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures according to established protocols
- Provide patient education and support during procedures
- Collaborate with medical team for accurate interpretation and patient treatment
- Maintain equipment and ensure quality imaging standards
