Schedule/Hours:

• Travel assignment with variable hours in a dynamic pediatric setting.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Proficiency in general ultrasound imaging techniques.
• Current ARDMS certification or eligibility.
• Experience working in pediatric environments is a plus, but not required.
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to new protocols quickly.
• Valid BLS certification.

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality general ultrasound studies, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Interpret physicians orders for diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide optimal patient care.
• Accurately document findings, maintain patient records, and adhere to hospital policies.
• Operate sonographic equipment and ensure maintenance and cleanliness of work area.
• Support and educate patients and family members throughout the imaging process.
