As a General Ultrasound Technologist, you'll engage with a diverse patient population and be exposed to multiple approaches to imaging carean excellent way to build your resume while enhancing your adaptability and skill set. Varied day shifts, with both 8- and 10-hour options, offer a balance between work and time to explore the beautiful Kansas prairies or unwind with local events and attractions during your downtime.
Schedule:
- Full-time, 8 or 10-hour day shifts with varied start times
- Weekend coverage 7AM10PM (on-call rotation)
- Rotating weeknight and weekend on-call responsibilities
- Rotating holiday coverage
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program
- RDMS certificate (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) or ARDMS Board Eligible
- BLS certification
- Adaptability and strong organizational skills for dynamic scheduling processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general ultrasound exams on a variety of patients
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams
- Adhere to standardized protocols while maintaining patient safety and comfort
- Participate in call rotations as scheduled
- Document and report exam results accurately
