Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Sonographer for a travel assignment in Crawfordville, IN. This role involves working 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with weekend hours reserved for call coverage. As a Travel Ultrasound Sonographer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of ultrasound procedures including general, OB/GYN, small parts, vascular, breast, and procedures. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in procedures and a background in breast ultrasound.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures across multiple specialties: general, OB/GYN, small parts, vascular, breast, and procedures.
- Operate Philips Epiq ultrasound equipment and utilize Epic for EMR.
- Provide high-quality imaging and accurate reporting for both inpatient and outpatient departments.
- Cover weekend call as needed for emergency procedures and patient care.
Qualifications:
- Certification as an RDMS required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ultrasound imaging.
- Experience with procedures such as drainages and small part biopsies is essential.
- Breast ultrasound experience preferred.
- Ability to work 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with weekend call coverage.
- Must pass a background check, drug screen, and complete onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission.
- 50-mile radius rule applies (no local candidates).
