Professionally, this role immerses you in a dynamic imaging department, assisting with both cardiovascular and non-invasive studies or treatments. Working alongside diverse teams and experienced leaders, youll broaden your expertise with a wide range of ultrasound procedures, including M-Mode, comprehensive 2-D studies, and Doppler echo with in-depth analysis. Exposure to different patient populationspediatrics to geriatricsequips you to refine your clinical knowledge, making your skill set even more versatile and competitive for future opportunities.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in the operation of ultrasound equipment; able to carry out general ultrasound procedures with accuracy
- Experience with cardiovascular and non-invasive imaging studies
- Capable of performing and analyzing M-Mode, 2-D, and Doppler echo procedures
- Ability to interpret patient information based on age-specific needs (Pediatric and Geriatric focus)
- Team-oriented, with excellent anticipatory skills to support physicians and prioritize patient well-being
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-quality general and cardiovascular ultrasound exams and compile required data
- Collaborate with physicians, anticipating needs and preparing for potential patient complications
- Ensure all imaging studies meet clinical protocols and department standards
