Key Qualifications:
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or registry-eligible
- Minimum of 1 year of general ultrasound experience, preferably in a pediatric or hospital environment
- Current BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and technologies
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality general ultrasound imaging procedures for pediatric patients
- Operate state-of-the-art imaging equipment and adhere to best practices in patient safety
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and nurses, to provide exceptional patient care
- Document findings and assist with patient/family education regarding procedures
- Maintain equipment and attend relevant training sessions as assigned
