As a skilled Ultrasound professional, your expertise in both general and cardiovascular imaging will be highly valued. Working alongside a diverse, collaborative care team, youll support and assist with a range of non-invasive studies and treatments. This assignment provides a unique opportunity to broaden your clinical repertoire and enhance your rsum, while learning from specialists who bring a variety of workplace practices and leadership styles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform M-Mode with accurate calculations, 2-D procedures with all required views and calculations, and Doppler echo analysis as needed.
  • Assist with both cardiovascular and non-invasive studies and treatments.
  • Interpret and acquire imaging for age-specific needs, such as Pediatric Echoes and Geriatric Doppler Exams.
  • Anticipate physician needs and remain alert to potential patient concerns, delivering care thats both thorough and responsive.
  • Adhere to safety, ethical, and infection control protocols within a union-represented environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven proficiency in General Ultrasound Imaging, with experience in cardiovascular applications strongly preferred.
  • Registered or registry-eligible as an Ultrasound Technologist (ARDMS or equivalent).
  • Ability to adapt imaging techniques to meet the needs of pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient-focused skills.
