Schedule/Hours
- 13-week contract
- 40 hours per week (no guaranteed hours first 2 weeks)
- MondayFriday, 8 am5 pm, 8-hour day shifts
- Possible on-call and weekend requirements; 7 days/month on-call
Qualifications & Experience
- Associate of Applied Science degree
- Graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited ultrasound program
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
- 3+ years' sonography experience
- OB/GYN credentials preferred (will perform 2nd and 3rd trimester exams)
- Proficiency in upper/lower DVT exams
- BLS certification via AHA
- At least one of the following: ARRT-VS, RDMS-AB, RDMS-OB/GYN, RDMS-RVT, RDMS-PS, RDMS-MSKS, RDMS-BR
Key Responsibilities
- Independently perform routine and specialized diagnostic ultrasound procedures
- Assist physicians during exams and special procedures
- Deliver exceptional patient care following industry guidelines and safety standards
- Accurately document results using EPIC EMR
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
