Schedule/Hours

  • 13-week contract
  • 40 hours per week (no guaranteed hours first 2 weeks)
  • MondayFriday, 8 am5 pm, 8-hour day shifts
  • Possible on-call and weekend requirements; 7 days/month on-call

Qualifications & Experience

  • Associate of Applied Science degree
  • Graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited ultrasound program
  • Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
  • 3+ years' sonography experience
  • OB/GYN credentials preferred (will perform 2nd and 3rd trimester exams)
  • Proficiency in upper/lower DVT exams
  • BLS certification via AHA
  • At least one of the following: ARRT-VS, RDMS-AB, RDMS-OB/GYN, RDMS-RVT, RDMS-PS, RDMS-MSKS, RDMS-BR

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently perform routine and specialized diagnostic ultrasound procedures
  • Assist physicians during exams and special procedures
  • Deliver exceptional patient care following industry guidelines and safety standards
  • Accurately document results using EPIC EMR
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
