This opportunity places you on a unit that handles all aspects of diagnostic radiology from portable and OR imaging to advanced trauma cases. Collaborate with a diverse team of technologists and supervisors across various shifts, gleaning insights into varied workplace practices, leadership approaches, and innovative imaging solutions. Expand your resume by working with state-of-the-art equipment (including GE Rad rooms, Portable GE/Shiatzu, OEC/O-arms by Medtronics) and documenting in Cerner Rad Net EMR.
Schedule & Hours
- Rotation to include weekends and on-call shifts.
Key Qualifications
- ARRT (R) certification required
- Proficiency across all DX radiology areas, with experience in portable and OR settings
- Skilled in emergency/trauma imaging
- Fluoroscopic procedure experience is highly preferred
- Demonstrates adaptabilitystrong team collaborator who thrives independently; self-motivated
Core Responsibilities
- Perform a full spectrum of diagnostic imaging procedures, including trauma and operating room exams
- Operate a variety of imaging equipment proficiently
- Provide portable and fluoroscopic imaging as needed
- Work in close coordination with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
- Document procedures in Cerner Rad Net Electronic Medical Record
- Adhere to departmental policies, including maintaining proper attire in black scrubs
