Make a positive impact in patient care by utilizing your expertise in imaging as a Radiology Technologist. In this contract role, you'll work closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to produce quality diagnostic images, assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of patients in a dynamic clinical environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification
- Current state licensure in radiologic technology
- Proficient in performing a wide range of imaging procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety and comfort
Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time contract position
- Flexible scheduling may be available, depending on department needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Operate radiologic imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
- Position patients appropriately and ensure their comfort and safety during procedures
- Follow established protocols while adhering to radiation safety guidelines
- Accurately document imaging procedures and maintain patient records
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal imaging results
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of imaging equipment
