Job Description

A Radiology Technologist with expertise in multi-modality imaging is needed to join a healthcare team in Ukiah, California. This contract position offers an opportunity to work with advanced imaging equipment including Toshiba CT and GE digital X-ray systems. The role requires flexibility to float between CT, X-ray, and the operating room, providing comprehensive support across various diagnostic imaging services.

Responsibilities include performing imaging procedures with precision and adherence to safety protocols, maintaining accurate documentation using Cerner, and participating in a rotating call schedule with one weekend per month required for on-call duties. Time off requests should be submitted in advance and will be accommodated within the contractual agreement.

Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Certification and experience as a Radiology Technologist
  • Proficiency in operating CT and digital X-ray equipment, preferably Toshiba and GE systems
  • Ability to float seamlessly between CT, X-ray, and OR imaging duties
  • Familiarity with Cerner documentation system
  • Willingness to participate in a weekend on-call rotation, one weekend per month
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Schedule:

  • Call required: one weekend per month
