Multi modality Imaging Technologists provide critical diagnostic care across multiple radiology disciplines. This role is ideal for technologists seeking to broaden their skillset and diversify their experience by operating complex imaging equipment, managing busy department schedules, and upholding the highest standards of patient-centered care.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Travel position with flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; completion of an accredited 2-year program in Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
  • Active certification in at least one modality via ARRT, NMTCB, or ARDMS.
  • State of Ohio licensure and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required.
  • Experience in at least one radiology modality and completion of orientation in a second is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with imaging equipment, EMR, PACS, and RIS.
  • Dedication to quality assurance, compliance, and patient privacy (PHI).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently operate imaging equipment and perform multi-modality diagnostic exams.
  • Ensure patient identification and safety following established protocols.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, database logs, and documentation.
  • Instruct students and mentor new staff (after one year of experience).
  • Participate in ongoing policy compliance, equipment maintenance, and regulatory readiness.
