Qualifications and Experience:

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Current certification and registration with ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
• Active state license as required by governing bodies
• Proficiency in operating modern radiology and X-ray equipment
• Solid knowledge of radiation safety principles and best practices
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
• Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
• Excellent patient communication and care skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality radiographic and X-ray examinations according to physicians orders and facility protocols
• Ensure proper positioning of patients and optimal use of imaging technology for accurate diagnostics
• Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment, adhering to safety and infection control standards
• Accurately document and process patient records, procedures, and results into systems
• Monitor and safeguard patients, minimizing exposure and providing support throughout procedures
• Communicate effectively with medical staff regarding findings or concerns
