Join a Level 3 Trauma Center offering a dynamic opportunity for an Imaging - Radiology Tech in a 60-bed facility just outside of Racine, Wisconsin. This contract role presents an engaging challenge working predominantly with adult inpatients, outpatients, emergency department cases, and some pediatric patients. With a 1:1 patient ratio, youll provide high-quality imaging services including chest and long bone x-rays, C-arm procedures, surgical support, portables, and limited fluoroscopy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic imaging including chest, long bone x-rays, and fluoroscopy when required.
• Provide radiology support in surgical settings, emergency department, and throughout hospital portable assignments.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for charting, Pyxis for medication dispensing, and PACS (preferably McKesson) for imaging management.
• Work various shifts with 3rd shift likely excluding fluoroscopy duties.
• Collaborate closely with respiratory therapy, hospitalists, and transport teams to ensure smooth patient care.
• Adhere to infection control policies including COVID-19 vaccination requirements.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of Imaging - Radiology Tech experience.
• Current BLS and ARRT certifications.
• Eligibility and readiness to obtain Wisconsin state radiology license.
• Proficient with portable imaging equipment (Canon, GE), C-arms (OEC), and diagnostic rooms with Dell and Canon plate technology.
• Comfortable with multidisciplinary collaboration and floating to different hospital areas including OR and ED.
