Job Description

Step into a key clinical role supporting patient care as a Radiology Technologist. This contract position offers the chance to use your specialized imaging expertise in a dynamic healthcare setting. Desired Qualifications:

• Current ARRT certification (or equivalent state credential)
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Experience in general radiology; additional modalities such as CT or MRI a plus
• Solid understanding of radiation safety protocols and patient positioning
• Strong interpersonal skills for patient communication and team collaboration
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality diagnostic radiology procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Operate and maintain radiology equipment, ensuring patient safety and image clarity
• Prepare patients by explaining procedures, positioning appropriately, and monitoring comfort
• Document and manage imaging records within hospital information systems
• Work collaboratively with radiologists, physicians, and other clinicians to deliver comprehensive care
• Follow all regulatory requirements for safety and infection control
