As an Imaging - Radiology Tech, youll play a crucial part in patient care by performing diagnostic imaging procedures and supporting the medical team within a dynamic hospital environment. Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time travel assignment
- Shifts and hours vary; flexibility preferred
Responsibilities:
- Operate imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images according to physician orders
- Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety at all stages
- Apply knowledge of proper imaging protocols, radiation safety, and infection control
- Accurately document and archive images and pertinent patient data in the electronic medical record system
- Collaborate closely with radiologists and other care providers
Qualifications:
- Valid ARRT certification (or equivalent state certification)
- Current BLS certification
- Previous experience as a Radiology Tech preferred
- Proficiency with a variety of imaging equipment and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
