This opportunity requires a skilled professional with expertise in Imaging and Radiology Technology. The role offers a contract assignment supporting high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Schedule

• Rotating shifts
• Every other weekend required
• Call responsibilities (details provided during interview)

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Current ARRT (R) certification
• Active state licensure (if applicable)
• Previous experience in a radiology/imaging setting preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work cooperatively with medical staff, patients, and families
• Flexibility to accommodate rotating schedules and alternating weekends

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of imaging procedures according to physician orders
• Operate and maintain radiology equipment, ensuring safety standards are met
• Accurately position patients for optimal imaging results
• Adhere to infection control and patient confidentiality protocols
• Communicate effectively with patients to ensure comfort and understanding of procedures
• Collaborate with other clinical staff to prioritize and manage patient flow
• Participate in orientation and training as needed for new technologies or processes
