Key Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
• Valid state licensure, or eligibility for licensure, as required
• Minimum of one year experience in a hospital or clinical radiology setting preferred
• Strong technical skills in imaging procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, especially in a pediatric environment
• Ability to adapt to changing workloads and maintain accuracy under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of imaging examinations according to physician orders and departmental protocols
• Ensure accurate positioning and safe care of pediatric patients throughout procedures
• Operate radiology equipment effectively and verify image quality for diagnosis
• Maintain rigorous infection control, safety standards, and patient confidentiality at all times
• Communicate results and collaborate with radiologists, nurses, doctors, and other staff
• Assist in transport and monitoring of pediatric patients as needed
