Job Description

A healthcare facility in Enid, OK is seeking a skilled Diagnostic X-ray Technician proficient in both radiography and CT imaging. This contract role offers an opportunity to work evening and overnight shifts in a fast-paced acute care environment, providing essential diagnostic services to support patient care.

Schedule:

  • Sunday through Wednesday, 8 PM to 6 AM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform radiographic procedures using fixed and mobile radiographic equipment in settings such as the Emergency Room and Main Diagnostic areas
  • Conduct CT imaging with precision and adherence to safety protocols
  • Collaborate effectively with radiologists, supervisors, and healthcare teams to deliver high-quality imaging and exceptional patient service
  • Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards and maintain detailed documentation

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent completed through an approved Radiologic Technology program
  • Active American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) license
  • Current State Radiation Quality Standards and RT Registration
  • Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an acute care setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Residency within 100 miles of Enid, OK required
