Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:

  • Current ARRT (R) certification required
  • Valid state Radiologic Technologist license
  • Proven experience as a Radiology Tech in a healthcare setting
  • Proficiency in operating imaging equipment and performing radiologic procedures
  • Strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or ability to obtain before start
  • Excellent communication and patient service skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct diagnostic radiologic examinations according to physician orders
  • Position and prepare patients safely for imaging procedures
  • Operate and maintain radiology equipment and ensure proper functioning
  • Adhere to infection control standards and maintain cleanliness of exam rooms
  • Maintain accurate patient records and imaging logs
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure optimal imaging results
  • Provide clear instructions and compassionate care to patients throughout the imaging process
