Job Description

Join a dynamic cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology (EP) lab as an ARRT Certified Radiologic Technologist. This travel opportunity is based in the Boston, MA area, offering a chance to work with advanced imaging equipment in a high-acuity environment focused on adult patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform interventional radiologic procedures including PCI, Impella, balloon pump placements, device implants, and ablations.
  • Scrub for device implants, lead revisions, and ablations within the Cardiac Cath/EP Lab.
  • Utilize Toshiba X-Ray and Canon imaging equipment efficiently.
  • Chart and document patient care within the EPIC-Cupid system.
  • Provide support in Interventional Radiology as assigned.
  • Participate in a rotating schedule of 4x10 hour day shifts from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm and seven call shifts per four-week block, including a full weekend on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Call room accommodations are available on-site.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • ARRT certification as a Radiologic Technologist.
  • Current Massachusetts Radiology Tech License.
  • Minimum of three years recent experience in Cardiac Cath and EP labs.
  • Demonstrated expertise in interventional radiology, cardiac imaging, PCI, and EPIC software.
  • AHA ACLS certification is required.
  • Ability to scrub proficiently in device implantation and ablation procedures.
