Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current certification as a Radiology Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
  • Valid and active state license as required
  • At least one year of experience in a clinical imaging environment
  • Proficiency in operating standard and specialized radiologic equipment
  • Solid understanding of radiation safety standards and protocols
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to interact with patients and colleagues
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to follow precise imaging protocols

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and specialized radiologic imaging procedures as prescribed by physicians
  • Prepare patients for exams, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the imaging process
  • Accurately position patients and adjust imaging equipment to obtain optimal results
  • Maintain documentation and accurate records of performed procedures
  • Perform regular equipment checks and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed
  • Observe all safety regulations to limit exposure for patients and staff
  • Collaborate with physicians and nursing teams for rapid turnaround on imaging needs
  • Uphold strict patient privacy and confidentiality at all times
