Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of general nuclear medicine and cardiac nuclear stress tests
- Administer IV insertions safely and proficiently
- Handle and store radioactive materials in compliance with regulations
- Maintain accreditation standards and state radioactive materials license
- Document all procedures accurately and in detail
- Communicate effectively with cardiologists and radiologists to ensure high-quality exams
- Provide exceptional care and support to patients
Qualifications / Desired Experience
- Minimum of 1 year nuclear medicine experience preferred
- Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) licensure required
- BLS certification required
- Ability to maintain American College of Radiography NM Accreditation and State of Maine Radioactive Materials license
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- Split hours between cardiology outpatient office in Portsmouth, NH, and main campus in York, ME
Proper submission of timecards is mandatory to ensure timely processing.
