Qualifications/Desired Experience

  • Registered or certified in Nuclear Medicine Technology (e.g., ARRT (N), NMTCB, or equivalent)
  • Active, unrestricted state license (or eligibility)
  • Previous experience in Nuclear Medicine Imaging highly preferred
  • Knowledge of radiopharmaceutical preparation, administration, and safe handling
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Competency in maintaining accurate documentation and patient records

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic imaging and treatment
  • Operate and troubleshoot specialized imaging equipment to capture functional organ/tissue images
  • Explain imaging procedures clearly and compassionately to patients
  • Ensure strict safety protocols for handling and administering radioactive materials
  • Maintain equipment for quality assurance and compliance
  • Accurately document procedures and collaborate closely with physicians to inform diagnoses and treatment
