This travel opportunity in Vincent, OH, offers a rewarding role for experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologists skilled in diagnostic imaging. Your focus will be on performing a full range of nuclear medicine scansexcluding PET scans and therapeutic proceduresutilizing the latest GE NM830 and GE Optima 640 SPECT/CT equipment. Monday through Friday day shifts provide a structured schedule with call coverage approximately one day per week during evenings, weekends, or holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic nuclear medicine scans, including stress, gastric, gallbladder, bone, parathyroid, thyroid, brain, and renal imaging.
- Operate advanced imaging equipment such as GE NM830 and GE Optima 640 SPECT/CT with updated software.
- Collaborate with a team of three technologists to maintain efficient patient flow, managing 5-10 patients daily based on test type.
- Participate in scheduled call coverage with a minimum two-hour callback expectation if called in.
Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio State Nuclear Medicine license.
- NMTCB or ARRT(N) certification.
- Ability to obtain ODH licensing within 2-8 weeks; faster onboarding if license is already held.
- Updated resume, one professional reference, completed Relias checklist, and national certification documents for the application process.
Schedule:
- Orientation on Wednesday; begin unit duties Thursday.
- Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- One scheduled on-call day per week (evening to early morning/weekend or holiday as applicable).
