Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology (CNMT or equivalent required)
- Current ARRT(N) or NMTCB registration
- Active, unrestricted state licensure for nuclear medicine technologist
- Solid background in operating SPECT, PET, and hybrid imaging equipment
- Proficiency in performing and interpreting a variety of nuclear medicine diagnostic procedures
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to ensure strict adherence to safety and radiation protocols
- Minimum one year of prior experience in a nuclear medicine imaging setting preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct nuclear medicine imaging procedures as ordered, following departmental and safety guidelines
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals, maintaining accurate documentation and inventory
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment with a focus on accuracy, safety, and patient comfort
- Collaborate closely with physicians, radiologists, and other medical professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Provide quality patient education and support throughout procedures
- Ensure all imaging records are complete and confidentially maintained according to HIPAA requirements
- Stay updated on technology advances and participate in ongoing professional development
