Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology (CNMT or equivalent required)
• Current ARRT(N) or NMTCB registration
• Active, unrestricted state licensure for nuclear medicine technologist
• Solid background in operating SPECT, PET, and hybrid imaging equipment
• Proficiency in performing and interpreting a variety of nuclear medicine diagnostic procedures
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to ensure strict adherence to safety and radiation protocols
• Minimum one year of prior experience in a nuclear medicine imaging setting preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct nuclear medicine imaging procedures as ordered, following departmental and safety guidelines
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals, maintaining accurate documentation and inventory
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment with a focus on accuracy, safety, and patient comfort
• Collaborate closely with physicians, radiologists, and other medical professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Provide quality patient education and support throughout procedures
• Ensure all imaging records are complete and confidentially maintained according to HIPAA requirements
• Stay updated on technology advances and participate in ongoing professional development
