Schedule/Hours:

  • Travel assignment (Full-time hours, rotating as needed per facility schedule)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced nuclear cardiology studiesSPECT, SPECT/CT, and PET/CTwith precise technical and clinical accuracy
  • Deliver exceptional, compassionate care by ensuring patient comfort, safety, and clear communication throughout procedures
  • Acquire and process diagnostic images, conduct daily quality control checks, and maintain radiopharmacy operations within NYSDOH guidelines
  • Accurately manage and document patient data in the eRecord CUPID system, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Nuclear Cardiology and fellow clinicians to adopt new technologies and improve lab protocols
  • Uphold integrity, compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence in every aspect of your role
  • Execute specialized cardiac imaging studies, including SPECT blood flow analyses, cardiac amyloidosis evaluations, and hybrid PET/SPECT procedures

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of Nuclear Medicine experience
  • Minimum of 6 months in Cardiac Imaging
  • Current NYS Radiologic Technologist License
  • NMTCB or ARRT(N) certification
  • Preferred: Bachelors degree in Nuclear Medicine from an accredited program
