This travel opportunity in Imaging - Nuclear Medicine blends specialized clinical practice with the adventure of working in a new region. Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment; flexible work hours (typical shift patterns communicated during onboarding)
Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced nuclear cardiology studies including SPECT, SPECT/CT, and PET/CT with precision and clinical expertise
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care: explain procedures, ensure comfort, and maintain safety throughout each step
- Acquire and process diagnostic images, perform daily quality control, and maintain radiopharmacy operations while adhering to NYSDOH guidelines
- Manage and document patient data in the eRecord CUPID system, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory and safety standards
- Collaborate with the Director of Nuclear Cardiology and multidisciplinary colleagues to implement new technologies and refine protocols

- Conduct specialized studies: SPECT blood flow, cardiac amyloidosis, hybrid SPECT/PET for sarcoid or viability assessments
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of nuclear medicine experience
- At least 6 months of cardiac imaging experience
- Valid NYS Radiologic Technologist License
- NMTCB or ARRT(N) certification required
- Preferred: Bachelors degree in Nuclear Medicine from an accredited program
